Niekamp Chiropractic Center is located in the Village Plaza on Southeastern Avenue in St. Henry near the edge of town. The office has been open since June, 2009.
When Dr. Niekamp was a sophomore in high school, she was involved in a bad car accident where she experienced headaches and back pain for months afterwards. After tiring of the medicine from the medical doctor, her mother took her to Dr. Olding in Minster. Her headaches and back pain were gone almost instantly. Dr. Niekamp started researching what chiropractic was, and just what it could do for the patient undergoing a chiropractic adjustment. Before she even graduated, she knew it was exactly what she wanted to study and off to college she went. After acquiring all her prerequisites at Ohio State, she started at chiropractic school in November of 2005. After 10 trimesters of schooling, one involving a preceptorship with an office in Sidney, Ohio, Dr. Niekamp graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in February 2009. She was licensed to practice in Ohio that March, and opened Niekamp Chiropractic Center in June of the same year. She has been seeing the young and the old, families, athletes, and everyone in between since opening her doors. The office features two adjusting rooms where Dr. Niekamp not only adjusts the spine and all extremities, but offers therapy as well.
Dr. Niekamp is a native of St. Henry where she graduated in 2003, resides in New Bremen with her husband Joel and three children, Tate, Ava, and Emma. Between her family and her patients, she is a very busy lady, but never too busy to help anyone out. She prides herself on having a deep tool box to help anyone that walks through her doors to the best of her abilities.
