This is the part I hate the most.
I hit an awesome milestone last week of 50 lbs lost. I felt like I accomplished some pretty big stuff. So I deserved to eat whatever I want right? Eating your favorite meal is something you should not restrict yourself from. Neither is enjoying good food with great company. But it can really hurt if you don’t watch it. When one “good” meal turns into a whole week it can be a killer on your momentum.
But now that we have had a crappy week of eating, we need to get back on track. Reset your grocery list, Purge the cupboards and plan your meals out for the whole week!! I EAT FRUSTRATION. When we don’t know what to have for dinner, we get frustrated and we end up making bad choices. When you plan, you prosper 🙂
