If you can’t tell…..I hate veggies. I like potatoes, corn and green beans, That’s it.

Smoothie anyone? Breakfast smoothies. Easy way to add some veggies if you HATE them like me. Ok, ease yourself into this. Don’t just throw kale, spinach, brussel sprouts and broccoli in and expect to like it.- Though some weird people do.

Make ahead and freeze. You need no Ice. I use a Nutribullet  But can’t wait to get a vitamix!!!

150 Calories

1 banana, the riper the better

17-20 grapes

⅓ Squash

⅓ Zucchini

Water More for thin less for heavy chewy pulpy consistency


Or if you’re brave (somehow i still like this one)

1.big handful of spinach

3 oz carrots

2 eggs anyway you want(skip the butter if you can)  oatmeal or 2 pieces of toast. I prefer 35 cal bread or a good whole grain nutty bread.

 There are a million recipes out there but this one is very sweet, Mild and very refreshing.
