Webster’s definition of culture:

“The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization.”

Culture is Important – You are dealing with an organization, not a single person or agent, even if that person is a friend.

  • The person you’re dealing with could be gone tomorrow.

Choose Your Business Partners Carefully

  • We tell our children to choose their friends wisely because it will affect who the become.  Shouldn’t we do the same thing the companies we deal with?
