We were very pleased with process of our claim.  When my husband woke up around 2:00a.m. to find water flowing in our basement we called the 1-800 number right away.  They took our claim and gave us a claim number and told us to call a number between 8:00-8:30 if we didn't hear from them first.  We called that number, talked to the guy, and he was at our house at 1:30 that afternoon!  As we were trying to suck up water and clean up what we could my husband showed him the damages and he took pictures and wrote the report.  He said we should hear something within a few days and we did.  We got a check in the mail within that a couple days.  We were amazed at how quickly everything was taken care of.
