It isn't in Ohio, but it is strange enough to be interesting!  Dick Bengen's put his workers through a ton of turmoil. Employees at Bengen's Ruby Ridge Dairy, a Washington-based dairy farm, have been subjected to long hours, zero overtime pay, and no lunch breaks. Bengen even brought a rifle to work after some workers wanted to unionize, pointing to the gun and telling employees that "This rifle is for those people with the union."
