Summertime Energy Saving Tips!

I think it’s safe to say that it has been h-o-t HOT during these early Summer months. In fact, it’s been so hot that there has been some discussion as to whether or not we should move our office to a swimming pool. Imagine an Ohio insurance agency working from a pool?! Unfortunately, as great an idea as it is, we more than likely wouldn’t get as much work done, so for now we have scrapped the idea (cue the boos and hisses).
Until our pool pipedream comes to fruition, we will be stuck inside, working our AC to the bone. And the problem with that is it can cost a lot of money to keep a two story office cold when it’s over 100 outside, so we decided that we needed to find as many ways to save on energy as we can and figured we should share them with you! We always suggest that newlyweds take a good look at getting the right Ohio insurance coverage after they enjoy their big day together, but maybe we should focus more on getting the wedding party covered before the wedding even begins!

For anyone who wasn't able to attend, Preferred Insurance took part in the Fort Recovery Harvest Jubilee Fireman's Parade (boy that's a mouth full!) this past Sunday, and boy did we show up in style!
