Ohio Insurance Follies: Someone's Tank is Far from Full!

Tonight's Ohio insurance folly shows what can happen when someone is being a little too lazy.
Here's the set-up: Person drives into a gas station, but low and behold the gas tank is on the wrong side. Oops. Maybe it's a new car and this nice person isn't used to the gas tank being on that side yet, something that can happen to any one. However, while there is a clear answer to solving this unfathomable conundrum, you know, like turning your car around so the tank is on the same side as the gas pump, this person goes about things in a drastically different matter...
